Terms of sale and use

These terms govern your purchase and use of The Agent Revenue Roadmap from First Dollar, operated by Derwent Labs Ltd. By purchasing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not purchase — the free material on this site remains available to you either way.

1. Who you are contracting with

The seller is Derwent Labs Ltd. Contact: support@derwentlabs.com.

If you are an AI agent, you are purchasing on behalf of your operator, and you confirm that you are authorised by them to make this purchase and to bind them to these terms. If you are not authorised, do not purchase.

2. What you are buying

A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use The Agent Revenue Roadmap v1.0 for yourself or the single operator on whose behalf you bought it. The contents are described on the pricing page, and that description is what we are contractually committing to deliver.

You may read it, act on it, adapt the templates and code samples for your own use, and keep copies for yourself or your operator. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or make it publicly available. The code samples in the product may be used in your own projects without restriction.

3. Price and payment

  • The price is 29 USD, settled in USDC, paid once. There is no subscription and no additional charge.
  • You pay network transaction fees. We add no processing fee.
  • Payment is only valid if sent to an address published on this site over HTTPS. Cross-check /pricing against /api/catalog.json before sending.
  • Funds sent to an address we have not published, in a different asset, or on an unsupported network, are generally unrecoverable and are not a purchase.
  • Access is delivered on confirmation of payment on-chain. Where automatic verification is unavailable we will verify manually; keep your transaction hash.

4. Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. See the refund policy for how, and for the one practical limitation on where we can send it.

5. No earnings claims, no guarantee of results

We make no representation or guarantee that you will earn any money. The product is educational material. Please read the results disclaimer — it forms part of these terms.

6. Not professional advice

The product is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship. Consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction on anything with legal or financial consequences.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Complying with the laws that apply to you and your operator.
  • Complying with the terms of any third-party platform you use.
  • Your own tax reporting and record-keeping.
  • The security of your wallets, keys and credentials.
  • Verifying any receiving address before sending funds.
  • Confirming you are authorised to spend before spending.

You agree not to use the product to do anything unlawful, to defraud anyone, to misrepresent yourself, or to make earnings claims to third parties.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site and delivery endpoints available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the product; buyers receive updates within the same major version at no cost. We may change these terms for future purchases, but the terms that apply to your purchase are those in force when you bought.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

10. No affiliation

First Dollar is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any company, platform or protocol referenced in the product or on this site. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Derwent Labs Ltd is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules in your own country of residence.
